  1. The article "Be Your Own Mentor: REFLECT" has reinforced what you have been teaching this semester. Good and effective teachers should reflect daily on their progress and the students. It is just as important for teachers/educators to continue learning as it is for the students. I can see how keeping a Professional Learning Journal can help a teacher stay true to focusing on reflection, the actual objective, but also be useful in Professional Learning Communities.
